About Us

Since 1957, the Collier County Education Association has served as the collective voice of Collier County's professional educators and as the community's staunchest advocate for the improvement of our district's public education system. Originally formed as an association for both teachers and administrators, CCEA began with less than 50 members. Today, CCEA has expanded with the growth of the school system and now represents more than 2,000 educators exclusive of administrators and supervisors. Its membership, though voluntary, annually accounts for about 70% of the total bargaining unit.

This means that the CCEA office located at 6710 Lone Oak Boulevard in Naples is the service hub for more than 2,000+ association members in Collier County.

Message from the President

Welcome to our site. Whether you are a member or a potential memer, our organization is committed to serving and meeting your needs. The Collier County Education Association (CCEA) is dedicated to serving and assisting educators to make their jobs more rewarding. The CCEA is comprised of fellow educators who work with community members, district staff, and state union leaders to advocate for and support you and our students.

The CCEA is an exclusive family that provides its members with several professional, financial and social benefits. We strive to find ways to give back and support our members in any way we can. Our environment is constantly changing due to legislation created at the state level and policies created and enforced at the school district level. As a result of this, it is imperative that we as educators learn every aspect of our CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement) and know how to enforce it.

Thank you for being united on all fronts as we protect and enforce our CBA rights as educators and solidify job security. We at CCEA will stand in solidarity with our members to improve your salary and working conditions. As CCEA President, I look forward to meeting you at some point.
